It is a spiritual destination next to the shrine of saint Bilawal Shah Noorani in the Wadh tehsil of Khuzdar district. Lahoot is the cave of Muslim saint Shah Noorani who said to have live in this valley. Some authors claim that Lahoot was once an important place for Hindu worship, which is consistent with the history of other Hindu sites in the area that were converted to Sufi centers over time.
