Daily overnight trains links Khorramshahr with Isfahan and the capital Tehran as well as a daytime train from Ahvaz. 🌍 Khorramshahr railway station is located northeast of the city, not within walking distance.
A river ferry is available from nearby Basra, across the border in Iraq, taking just 45 minutes to complete the journey. The ferry is run by Valfajr Shipping Company and there are multiple sailings each week.
