WARNING: In August and September 2018, two bombings perpetrated by Islamic militants killed dozens in a town festival and an Internet café. Travel to Isulan, and Sultan Kudarat in general, is strictly discouraged because of risks from the ongoing conflict in nearby Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
