Inland Fujian is an area of Fujian Province in China. The province's main cities are along the coast; the inland region is mainly mountains and agricultural areas.

Getting around within this area is generally done by bus.

Late in 2013 a new fast train line from Putian in coastal Fujian to Nanning in Jiangxi province (Fujian's neighbour on the inland side) is due to come into service; it will pass through this region and be faster than buses.

The area is well-connected to other parts of Fujian (Southern Coast (Fujian) or Northern Coast (Fujian)), in particular to the major cities Xiamen and Fuzhou. From some areas, it is also possible to head further inland (West) into Jiangxi province, South into Guangdong or North to Zhejiang.
