Haad Son

Haad Son is a picturesque location on the western coast of Ko Pha Ngan. The beach was undeveloped until ten years ago when the Haad Son Resort was built. The remaining half of the bay is undeveloped, allowing visitors privacy and offering a secluded spot to bathe.

The beach is near Haad Yao, one of the most beautiful beaches on Ko Pha Ngan.

Walking, renting motorbikes or share taxis (from bungalows in Chalok Lam at 10:00) to Thong Sala, the main port.

Sunbathe, swim, snorkel and eat.

Just offshore lies a coral reef within 70 m of the beach front.

Good shopping at Thong Sala, which is around ten minutes away by taxi. Locally there are shops, mini-malls and restaurants.
