The Cross. This 190 foot cross is visible up to 20 miles away, the second largest cross in the Western Hemisphere.
Leaning Water Tower. The water tower, once an actual source of water for the town, is an oft-photographed landmark and appears in many books and articles about Route 66. Nearby is Ralph Britten's truck stop, now boarded up and in disrepair.
