Chillán

Chillán is a city in the Region of Ñuble in Southern Chile. As of September 2018, it will become the capital of a new region, called Ñuble. Chillán is an important transportation hub for the surrounding agricultural districts. Touristically, it is best known for its proximity to thermal baths and ski centres in the nearby Andes Mountains.

gollark: Probably somewhat. Any light which passes through is light they can't absorb. I guess they could be just absorbing a few frequencies, but that would be worse than nontransparent ones.
