Bitez is a town near Bodrum, along the Southern Aegean coast of Turkey.

8–10 km out of Bodrum proper (although only 4 km away from Bodrum's outer neighbourhoods due to the massive growth it received with tourism developments), Bitez (pronounced bee-tehz) is one of the most rural and quietest towns lining the coast of Bodrum Peninsula.
