Bayville can be accessed by two main roads. One is by Bayville Avenue, the main street that runs through the length of the village. The other is by Ludlam Avenue, which becomes West Shore Road after passing over the Bayville Bridge on your way out of Bayville.

There is no public transportation to Bayville. There are some local buses that run up and down Bayville Avenue during the summer for the citizens. {???}
