By car
NC 55 comes north from Fuquay-Varina or south from Durham. US 64 meets NC 55 in Apex and comes west from Pittsboro or east from Cary.
By bus
GoTriangle route 311 goes to Apex from the Regional Transit Center, with connections to Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and other parts of the Triangle. This is just limited commuter service, though, so look up the schedule beforehand and plan carefully.
