- Antilliaanse Feesten. This festival is by no doubt the largest Carribean Festival of Belgium and is held in the town of Hoogstraten in the north of the province. It usually is celebrated in August.
- 🌍 Graspop Metal Meeting. Yearly heavy metal music festival held in the town of Dessel, in June.
- Reggae Geel. The largest reggae festival in Belgium takes place in the beginning of August in the town of Geel in the Antwerp province.
- 🌍 Tomorrowland. Yearly electrical metal music festival held since 2005 in the town of Boom, in the south of the province. It has become one of the world's largest and notable music festivals.
