Zymoscope

A zymoscope, also known as a zymometer or zymosimeter (zymo- from Ancient Greek ζυμόω: "to leaven"), is an instrument used to determine fermentation efficiency of yeast by measurement of the amount of carbon dioxide produced from a given quantity of sugar.[1][2]
