Zydus Wellness (founded as Carnation Nutra-Analogue Foods) is an Indian consumer goods company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It is a subsidiary of pharmaceutical company Cadila Healthcare.[4][5]

Zydus is a producer of nutrition and skincare products under brands such as EverYuth, Sugar Free, Nutralite and Actilife.[6] In 2019, Zydus acquired Kraft Heinz's subsidiary Heinz India for 4,595 crore (US$640 million), picking up the latter's consumer product brands including Complan, Glucon-D, Nycil and Sampriti Ghee.[7][8]

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Zydus Wellness entered the hand sanitiser segment and stated that hand sanitiser products will be part of its portfolio even after the pandemic.[9]
