Yukari Higa

Yukari Higa (緋賀 ゆかり, Higa Yukari) is a Japanese manga artist from the Miyagi Prefecture. She has also published doujin under the name Nodoame Ishida (石田のどあめ, Ishida Nodoame).[1]
