Yuji Ishikawa (石川 裕司, Ishikawa Yūji, born July 2, 1979) is a former Japanese football player.

Playing career

Ishikawa was born in Masuda on July 2, 1979. He joined J1 League club Sanfrecce Hiroshima from youth team in 1998. However he could not play at all in the match. In 2001, he moved to Japan Football League club Otsuka Pharmaceutical (later Tokushima Vortis). He became a regular player as center back. The club won the champions for 2 years in a row (2003-2004) and was promoted to J2 League from 2005. From 2005, his opportunity to play decreased for injury and retired end of 2008 season.
