Yiddishkeit (TV series)

Yiddishkeit (Russian: Идишкайт) is a Russian documentary television show concerning the subject of Yiddishkeit.[1] Since 2005, the show was hosted by the Chief Rabbi of the Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Mordechai Scheiner. Yiddishkeit is viewed in the Jewish Autonomous Oblast and the Russian Far East. The television show was broadcast each Friday out of Birobidzhan.[2] Yiddishkeit had aired more than 500 episodes by 2015.[3]
