Yakob Debesay (born 28 June 1999) is an Eritrean road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Groupama–FDJ Continental Team.[2]

Debesay comes from a cycling family; his brothers Ferekalsi and Mekseb, as well as his sister Mossana are also cyclists.
