Women's interest channel

A women's interest channel generally refers to either a television station, network or specialty channel that targets women as its main demographic; offering programs that will appeal to the female population.

There are two types of female interest channels: general interest and niche interest.

General interest

General interest women's channels are television channels that contain programming from various categories and genres that will appeal to the female population including films, lifestyle series, dramatic series, reality series, and talk shows on varying topics including cooking, travel, cars, sex, and sports.

gollark: The general idea, assuming it's the "EARN IT" (these terrible acronym names need to be stopped) thing, appears to be to only provide some "section 230" immunity-to-liability-from-most-user-content thing to companies which either "comply with “recommended” “best practices” for the prevention of online child exploitation conduct" (yes, as usual children are the excuse) or implementing "reasonable measures" for that.
