Women's Tour of Scotland

Women's Tour of Scotland is a multi-day women's road cycling race held in Scotland. The first edition was held in 2019 as a 2.1 category race on the UCI women's road cycling calendar.[1]

gollark: I don't think you can blame it on just that. The American system appears to also have lots of bureaucracy, and indirection which reduces the incentive to have low prices.
