William Falconer, 6th Lord Falconer of Halkerton

William Falconer, 6th Lord of Halkerton (approximately 1712 - October 11, 1776 Groningen) was an English aristocrat.

Falconer was the son of David Falconer, 4th Lord Falconer of Halkerton and Katharine Margaret Keith. As a young man, William Falconer went to Groningen to study.

On August 24, 1735, William Falconer married Rembertina Maria van Iddekinge in Groningen at the Walloon Reformed Church of the Pelstergasthuis. His parents disapproved of the marriage and refused assist him or his family. Falconer remained in Holland for the rest of his life. He and his children become thoroughly Dutch. The family lived in a house on Oosterstraat in Groningen.

Falconer died in Gronigen on October 11, 1776. His wife Rembertina died on October 22, 1779 in Groningen at age 66.
