Willem Van Lancker
Willem Van Lancker is an American Internet entrepreneur and product designer who is best known for being the co-founder and Chief Product Officer[1] of ebooks company Oyster. Previously he was a design lead for Google Maps where he worked on Google Maps for iOS and "The New Google Maps."[2][3] He began his career at Apple where he helped create Apple's emoji while an intern at the company.[4]

Van Lancker was named one of Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30 in 2015.[5]
Education
Van Lancker received a BFA with honors in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design.[6]
