Wilfred Taragon

Wilfred Kipkoech Taragon (born 25 February 1985) is a Kenyan long-distance runner.

He finished seventh in 10,000 metres at the 2006 African Championships. At the 2006 World Road Running Championships he finished fifth in the individual competition. This was good enough to help Kenya win the team competition.

In 2005 Taragon won the Bristol Half Marathon,[1] and Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon [2]

Personal bests

gollark: Unless you make it basically just a low-power portable computer with a keyboard and stuff.
gollark: But why? Calculators are fairly uncool.
gollark: Mine at least supports an amazing nine slots and has some of the weird quirks not present.
gollark: Calculators' memory things seem so badly designed.
gollark: Infinite legos don't do much on their own; infinite lego + some subset of physics maybe.
