Volkov Vsevolod Vladyslavovych
Vsevolod Vladyslavovych Volkov (born March 29, 1971 in the Ukrainian SSR) is a Ukrainian programmer.
Graduated from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering[1] of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (1993) with a degree in "Industrial Electronics". Lives in Kiev.
In 1991, he wrote the program "Volkov Commander"[2] in order to get a faster analogue of Norton Commander for personal use. In the same year, the program began to spread widely and became quite famous, despite the fact that until 1995 it was in beta.
In 1998-2006 he worked as a programmer in the Kyiv Internet company "lucky.net". Since 2006 he has been working as a programmer in the Kyiv data center "colocall.net".
