Vladimir Tretyakov

Vladimir Evgenyevich Tretyakov (Russian: Влади́мир Евге́ньевич Третьяко́в; born 12 December 1936) is a Russian mathematician. He has been the rector of the Ural State University since 1993 to 2006 and presently is its President.[1]
