Vincent (cyclist)
Vincent was a Belgian track cyclist. He competed in the men's sprint event at the 1900 Summer Olympics. After finishing second in his heat, he was eliminated in the quarter finals losing of Albert Taillandier with two bike lengths. Vincent was the only Belgian cyclist at the 1900 Summer Olympics.[1]
