Viktor von Struwe
Viktor von Struwe (1892-1964) was a German film producer.[1] He also worked as an assistant director on four films. He is sometimes credited as Viktor von Struve.

gollark: I guess you could probably have some magic computer thing™ do it if you can somehow do verifiable distributed computation.

gollark: It is also kind of a shame the internet doesn't work as a magically autoconfiguring mesh network.
gollark: Since you have to jump through hoops to install cabling etc., and lobbying apparently got municipal ISPs banned in many places.
gollark: Those are not, as far as I know, actually that competitive.
