Vidar Geitle

Vidar Geitle (born 15 October 1969) is a retired Norwegian football goalkeeper.

He started his career in IL Trott,[1] and also played youth football for Stord IL[2] before joining Viking FK. He joined Viking's senior team in 1989, but was the reserve goalkeeper. He only played two Norwegian Premier League games in 1995.[3] He retired after the 1996 season, but made a brief comeback in 1997 for Trott.[4] He has also played for Sola FK.[5] He now lives in Sola, and works as an engineer in Statoil.[6]
