Victoria Kondel
Victoria Kondel (born 6 October 1987) is a Russian female road and track cyclist. On the track she won the silver medal at the 2009 UEC European Track Championships – Women's under-23 points race and the bronze medal in the third round of the 2011–12 UCI Track Cycling World Cup in Beijing. She competed in the team pursuit event at the 2009, 2010 and 2012 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[1]
