History
Was built around 1830s by Bulgarian refugees that came from a village named Vaisal (Odrinsko) & Stara Planina.[1]
At first this was not in Ukraine but it was called Besarabia and was part of Romania until 1879. Within 1861-1862 there were 1568 refugees that came from Bulgaria. [2]

gollark: Skynet.listen runs as a background thing and queues events.
gollark: Unfortunately, modems are incapable of experiencing the full glory of skynet without a fiddly translation layer.
