Véronique North-Minca
Véronique North-Minca (born December 4, 1953, Mulhouse) is a diplomat from France. She served as the first Secretary of the French Embassy, Chişinău (2006-2010).[1][2]

gollark: So I was looking at using Nim for a thing which will need to parse EPUBs, and I was wondering why there are two XML parsers in the standard library.
