Uterqüe
Uterqüe is a company owned by the Spanish Inditex group dedicated to manufacturing fashion accessories and garments such as scarves and sunglasses. It was formed in 2008.[2] The offices are located in Tordera (Barcelona) in Catalonia, different from the other brands of the group which operate from Arteixo (A Coruña) in Galicia, with the exception of Massimo Dutti which also has its headquarters in Tordera and Bershka, Lefties and Oysho Stradivarius which has kept its headquarters in Barcelona where it had been founded before being bought by Inditex in 1999.

gollark: Apparently there are also some bad incentive structures, because property owners can go "no, you cannot build denser things here", and they're incentivized to so they can sell their stuff for more.
gollark: So just make it denser and have better transport.

gollark: If there was more of it, it would presumably cost less.
gollark: Redistributing the existing housing isn't much of a solution if there simply is not enough where people want it.
