United States–Hong Kong Agreement for the Surrender of Fugitive Offenders

The United States–Hong Kong Agreement for the Surrender of Fugitive Offenders is an extradition treaty signed by the United States and Hong Kong in 1996.[1]

gollark: I've noticed that requests for images *linked* in a Discord channel apparently go *through* Discord, which is a bit worrying and probably how the thing detects that.
gollark: It just has slightly bizarre metadata (creation date *after* modification date?) and was apparently made in paint.net.
gollark: I've looked at the image, and it doesn't seem to do anything special if viewed. I initially thought it was an animated PNG or something, but it shows as a normal PNG to everything.
