Typhoon Flo (1993)
Typhoon Flo, known in the Philippines as Typhoon Kadiang, was a typhoon that hit the Philippines in October 1993.[1]

Overview
Typhoon Flo developed on the 28th of September from the monsoon trough and hit the northern part of the Philippines on October 4 as a minimal typhoon. It stalled just off the West Coast, and turned North Eastward, where it became extratropical on 9 October.
There were at least 50 deaths attributed to heavy flooding on the Philippine island of Luzon. Typhoon Flo killed a total of 576 people and displaced 52,431 families. [2][3][4]
