Tropical Storm Greta

The name Greta has been used for four tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean. The name was used in several different schemes, as well as in the four and ten-year lists.

Hurricane Greta (1956) - late season storm that killed one person and caused minor damage in Puerto Rico. It is one of the larger Atlantic hurricanes on record.
Tropical Storm Greta (1966) - no impact on land.
Tropical Storm Greta (1970) - minimal impact in Mexico and Florida.
Hurricane Greta-Olivia (1978) - a major hurricane that crossed over Central America and eventually became Pacific Hurricane Olivia.
