Toy Max
Toy Max (stylized as TOYmax) was an American toy company. It was best known for producing action figures, stuffed toys, and role-playing games of various licensed brands and characters. The company started in 1990. It was founded by Steve Lebensfeld.[1]

Merge with Jakk Pacific
In February 2002, ToyMax was merged with Jakks Pacific.[2]
