Tove Jacobsen
Tove Jacobsen-Steinmoen (born July 1944) is a former Norwegian long track speed skater, who was active in the 1960s.[1]

Jacobsen represented her nation twice at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women. In 1961, finishing 29th overall and in 1962, finishing 24th overall.[2]
She won the 1962 Norwegian Allround Championships.[2]
