Public reception in the United States
The book spent 15 weeks on The New York Times Best Seller list page, although it stayed in the "Also Selling" section for most of the time, and made it to the list proper only once.[1][2]
gollark: Over here people mostly have ADSL/VDSL, which is okay but has essentially zero upgrade path. There's fiber in some places for unfathomable reasons.
