Thale Rushfeldt Deila (born 15 January 2000)[1] is a Norwegian handball player who plays for Fredrikstad BK.[2][3]

She also represented Norway in the 2017 European Women's U-17 Handball Championship, were she received silver.[4]
She is the twin sister of Live Rushfeldt Deila, who also plays in Fredrikstad BK.
