Test (2013 film)

Test is a 2013 American drama film written and directed by Chris Mason Johnson. The film was screened in the Panorama section of the 64th Berlin International Film Festival.[1][2]

The film is set in San Francisco in 1985, shortly after the launch of the first effective HIV test,[3] and depicts the effects of the HIV/AIDS crisis on a professional dance company based in the city.[3]

The film won two Jury Awards, for Best American Dramatic Feature Film and Best Screenwriting, at the 2013 Outfest in Los Angeles.[4]
