Teruo Kakuta
Teruo Kakuta (born February 18), pen name Kondom (昆童虫, Kon Doumushi), is a Japanese manga artist and creator of Bondage Fairies (ボンデージフェアリーズ). Kakuta is married to fellow manga artist Ai Marito.
