Tay Peng Hian

Tay Peng Hian FRPSL is a Singaporean philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1996. He is a fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London. Hian is a specialist in the philately of Burma and the Straits Settlements.[1]
