Reception

Next Generation reviewed the PC version of the game, rating it two stars out of five, and stated that "Outside of the game's nice visuals, Tank Commander is nowhere near as good as MicroProse's M1 Tank Platoon, a much earlier tank sim that remains the market's best."[1]

Reviews

gollark: Ah yes, LC integration, good idea.
gollark: Actually, can we have a stock market in apioforum?
gollark: This isn't insider *trading*. Insider trading would be the thing where I, hypothetically, secretly embedded a stock market into the apioforum and used my knowledge of it to influence it.
gollark: Fortunately, osmarks.net has a spare copy of Unicode with the Wikipedia backups.
gollark: I should register anomalous Unicode nicknames before it is too late.
