History
Sanjoe Jose, alumni of IIT Bombay and Mani started working on the idea of Video Interview while they were in campus. Soon they were joined by two more friends Tom Jose, ex- KPMG management consultant and Jobin Jose.[2] Both were engineers, with experience in audio-video codec space and assessment. They founded Interview Master, now Talview , an asynchronous online video interview tool.
In 2019, Talview secured its series A round of funding of $6.75 million from Storm Ventures, Inventus Capital, Eileses Capital and Emergent Ventures to upgrade its Instahiring platform with artificial intelligence models.[3]
The company has worked with companies including Deloitte, Amazon, and Cognizant to help them find right candidates for positions. It has also signed partnership pacts with Accenture, Microsoft and IBM to expand its service.[3]
Operations
Talview is funded by Mayfield and Venture Nursery.[4] It is currently operating out of United States, Singapore and India.[5]
