TM Eye Ltd
TM Eye Ltd is a private investigations company based in Epping specialising in intellectual property crime.[1]
It was established by David McKelvey, a former Metropolitan Police Service Detective Chief Inspector in 2010. DCI McKelvey appeared in a Panorama programme in 2016, Cops, Criminals, Corruption - An Inside Story.
It worked with Japan Tobacco International to prosecute an illegal tobacco seller who was convicted on the firm's evidence at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court.[2] It was involved with the investigation of fake prescription drugs sold online that led to prosecutions in India.[3]
It runs a private police service called My Local Bobby.
