Syed Basharat Ahmed Bukhari
Syed Basharat Ahmed Bukhari is an Indian politician and the former member of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly from Sangrama assembly constituency[4] who served state minister in Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti’s cabinet.[1][5][6][7]
