Sunil Vallyapur was born in Bijapur, Karnataka. Studied at PDA College of Engineering (B.E Civil) at Gulbarga, Karnataka. Before contesting legislative elections, he was the State unit Secretary of the Scheduled Castes Morcha of the BJP.
