Steve Russell (businessman)

Stephen "Steve" Russell (born December 4, 1973, in Detroit, Michigan) is a technology visionary who is making a significant impact as a highly successful researcher, inventor, entrepreneur, and investor. With more than a dozen patents in facial recognition and video intelligence technologies, Steve’s innovations have helped to unleash the power of visual data for enterprises and individuals. Russell is a serial founder and leader of companies and was an early investor in, among others, OpenDNS, Ring, and Uber. Currently, Russell is focused on his venture capital fund, the Prism Fund.
