Stephen Herbert Gatty

Sir Stephen Herbert Gatty (abt.1850-1922) was the Chief Justice of Gibraltar from 16 January 1895 to 1905. He was formerly a judge of the Supreme Court of the Straits Settlements.[1] On December 19, 1904, he was named a Knight Bachelor.[2]

Personal life

Gatty married Katharine Morrison, in 1905. Their children included Hester Gatty, wife of Siegfried Sassoon.
