Stefan I of Bulgaria
Stefan I was a Bulgarian prelate. He was elected Metropolitan of Sofia in 1922 and, from 1945, also served as Exarch of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church. He actively contributed to the rescue of the Bulgarian Jews in World War II.[1][2] He was awarded Order of the White Eagle and other decorations.[3]

gollark: Probably memory bandwidth, since IIRC most things only have something like 32 bytes/second even to cache.

gollark: I wonder why this sort of thing doesn't exist on general purpose CPU architectures. Probably just horrible memory bandwidth requirements/accursedly large register files.
