Starye Omutishchi (Russian: Старые Омутищи) is a rural locality (a village) in Petushinskoye Rural Settlement, Petushinsky District, Vladimir Oblast, Russia. The population was 274 as of 2010.[2] There are 19 streets.

The village is located 11 km west from Petushki.
